Been waiting 20 min for pizza and when I went though the drive through they did not tell me I would have to wait until after they took my money. Sooo annoyed, should have been informed about the wait time before taking ny money.

I went in around 6:25 September 29th. My total order was around $30. I accidentally hit cancel. My fault!!! I ran my card again. After I got home it charged my bank account twice. I want my cheese!!! And not the kind you put on your pizza!!!

The past few times we've been here, the wait has been absolutely ridiculous. I normally order on the app and it's still never ready when we get to the store at our designated time. I tried to get hot and ready through the drive through today without ordering ahead since it was 5:15pm on a Sunday (should have hot and ready pizza, right?). I sat in the parking lot waiting for 15 minutes and finally gave up and got a refund. Went across the street to Sonic and had my food in 5 minutes. The food here is nowhere near good enough to justify the ridiculous wait. I can get much better pizza from the Papa John's across the road if I want to wait on pizza. We won't be back.

The food is good at this location. However, if you place an order online through the app, drive up to the window and they say it's not ready, they tell you to park and they'll bring it out when it's ready. Well, that shouldn't be a problem right? It is. They will forget about you every time! I sat in my car and watched as other people placed orders and received them and walked out as I waited for my 1 pizza and 1 cheese bread order that I placed on the app and PAID FOR 45 minutes prior. The point of me ordering from the app at my house is so that I don't have to wait when I get there. I will be going to the Tullahoma location from now on.

Waited at drive thru and no one showed up. Went inside and it was a 25 minute wait for hit and ready pizzas

Little Caesars in Winchester, TN leaves much to be desired. Charged me for a Deep Dish, but they were out of it. I realize it, no problem because they say next time they will give me a Deep Dish. Went in today, weeks later, and tried to explain to Jessica, the store manager. I tell her what happened. She says, "It was because I called it pan. They don't have pan. Was your order on the phone?" I told her I placed the order at the counter and waited. I said Deep Dish, the thick, whatever. They said they'd write my name in the book. She literally puffs and opens the book. I said if you don't want to that's fine. She says, "I don't understand the hostility." I said I didn't mean to come out hostile, sorry. I was just aggravated because she knew I meant thick, but she chose to correct me and tell me it was my fault because I said pan. I even told her who the employee was. "He doesn't work here anymore. I don't know. If it's not in the book, I can't help you." You'd think I was trying to rob them.Gosh, what's wrong with people?

What's going on there? Did they forget how to cook? The bread on my pizza was still dough in middle I put it in oven to finish cooking it and it smelled bad when done.

The pepperoni pizza is so good and the cheesy bread is out of this world amazing! Not very expensive either.Gonna definitely put this on our stop when we are hungry and want something quick.

I door dash and it shows on my phone to pick up the food by 11:22. I'm waiting now. And they said it shows in their system 11:45. I would add a screen shot but it has my customers information.

I have gone to this for couple of years and the last two times I have been there the services has not been good and this last time they also gave us the wrong order
