The Quality Inn presents a mixed experience with significant inconsistency between stays. Many guests praise the excellent and awesome staff, describing them as very helpful, friendly, polite, and accommodating, with management noted as polite in resolving issues. The building's exterior and beautiful, old plantation house design are frequently called adorable and attractive. Several reviews highlight very nice, clean rooms that smell and look visibly clean, sometimes appearing recently remodeled. However, numerous reports contradict this, detailing rooms that were not clean, with very dirty floors and bathrooms, sticky surfaces, and old food left behind. Linens were sometimes questioned, and towels were noted as thin. Breakfast receives mixed feedback; it is called typical with items like waffles, eggs, and pastries, but also criticized as not so great, with prepackaged food, runny waffle mix, and items not being refilled. The water pressure in showers is excellent. While some guests felt assured and secure with their belongings, others encountered unprofessional staff who aired frustrations openly. Issues with WiFi at the building ends and deep cleaning problems are noted. The consensus is that the hotel has tons of potential due to its design and good staff, but cleanliness and maintenance inconsistencies make it a risky choice, with several guests stating it is not worth the current rate.
Unclean room! Needs a deep deep clean. Stains on everything. Would only give us one towel per person for entire weekend. We went to Walmart down the road and bought our own. Pillows were pathetic and bed hard as a rock. Don’t stay here for these prices, go down the road to the Best Western. Breakfast subpar at best.
