Debrough Kendall after telling me signing my mom's name was a mistake... I ask her did my mom give her permission why couldn't my mom sign it why did she sign a blank paper why not signed the binding signature while Kendall was talking with her.. Ms Kendall is a liar.. listen I took a blank paper to let her sign to the top I signed the binding one it sounds as if a my mom did not know about this was Ms berry u and Ms berry tricked my mom and u both are liars non truth tellers that is taking advantageTaking advantage of her vulnerab. Just so happened just by a miracle recovered from pnewmonia from the Rn that new found job End of life group that was a secret ... signed 3 of my family members 2 beneficiaries plus me I'm still stand my mom end of life 2 days in hospital from a pnemonia that the allowed her to take inform..instead she dieded of the extremely high risk and 98 percent surr death...with in approx.1.5/ 2 months died from taking oxygen off because she was on 100ml morphine. .the other would of made it with the right help and therapy probably years some struggle copd is rough.. instead she died at times screaming from the grips and the horrible pains of morphine medically given gmorphine was not death with dignity it was the scary road of a strung out morphine addict... the police ask Kendall some questions today I heard cause he did not call me Winchester city are under the direction of Greg o Neil the city lawyer my sisters lawyer the lawyer that has no honor for his self or winchester allowed this document total trash the words of the super visers assistant in tullohoma branch debroughs boss ....yet I'm homeless clothes in garbage can hadn't talk to my mom before Thanksgiving sister is keeping her isolated so I can't tell her the damage she's done.. u three no honor no integrity no truth liars should all lose your jobs and be punished... intentional intent is so bad .... u are worse than ignorant people u know better ur fairly intelligent we though.. but trickery purgery is not of love... well the devil is a liar. My mom said she ain't signed nothing she is not in it pressured pushed threated to throw me out of will not help her its abuse I pray to God u all lose your jobs ur horrible u are destructive .. have made havoc during these thankful blessed days .E

They have a no guns sign up. They do not want you to be safe. It's telling criminals we are comming out of the bank with money and no protection. And we know criminals don't follow rules.. My other 2 banks allow guns apparently they actually care about customers....THANK YOU FOR NOT CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS SAFETY....

Had a little problem and the ladies there solved my problem in minutes,they were very nice and very knowledgeable,good people, don't know their names but one was from Georgia,the other two were tellers.....give them a raise.....thank you ladies !

I was with SunTrust for years and had good relationships with the folks that worked there. Now that Truist has taken over there are so many changes I'm not happy. I felt secure as long as Jonathan was there but found out yesterday he had quit, along with Fred, a teller. I don't know what to do now. Sure would like to know where Jonathan is now working. Wherever he is, he will make an outstanding employee.

I have never dealt with Truist Bank or BB&T. I don’t have an account with them too, as they don’t have any branch in Tullahoma. I had to visit this branch to make a payment and deposit money into another business account, as this is the nearest branch to me.It was a pleasant experience with them. I called bank to confirm that I can make cash payment. The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful and informed me that I can do that. Mr. Jonathan at the bank was very welcoming and provided professional and courteous service.I think the bank understands the importance of helping to attract and retain customers in a competitive landscape. Bank’s customer service employees are their frontline and create good or bad image of the bank. The employees like Mr Jonathan and the lady who answered my phone (I forgot her name but she is from Tullahoma) are asset to the company. The frontline staff should be knowledgeable and shouldn’t be scrambling for information.

These people were amazing. I'm not even a member, I just came in to cash a check. They went above and beyond with customer service and one of the gentlemen even insisted on walking my son and I to my vehicle with an umbrella since it was raining. If I had a location near me, I would absolutely use this bank!

The staff in this branch is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They never hesitate to answer any question I have or assist me with a smile. So glad I switched all of my banking over to Suntrust!

The sweetest, most helpful people. Always have time to help you and never try to hurry you. Mr. John will always make time for you and you call him will always call you back in a timely manner. If Mr. John can fix your problem he will or if he cannot refer you to someone who will.If you need a great Bank this is the one. I love Banking here. Have never had a problem. God Bless Suntrust Bank, they are the greatest.
