Glades Grocery is a good old down home convenience store with a deli. New owners have made a great change and a huge difference, making it clean inside and out and a store the community can be proud of. It looks brand new but still has the same charm. The food is awesome, great, and prepared fresh while you wait. However, some food like a cheeseburger or candy bar can be the worst, stale, and nasty. The people are extremely friendly and the owner is a genuinely great lady, though some staff can give a smart remark. The parking lot has potholes, there is no public bathroom, and the gas is a bit overpriced.
Not much to select from, but the customer service is always excellent and they greet you with a smile.

Great change the new owners have made. But I bought a cheeseburger the other day, and sad to say it was probably the worst burger I have eaten in a very long time. Still trying to figure out what they used for meat.
