Stopped in 12/23, 7:10am. Spent $415. Encountered services that were unavailable along with discourteous and unprofessional staff.
One staff member said to another that, “They don’t read the signs anyway” when she told her that I said to her they should put a sign out saying the service was unavailable.

It's 1am, the showers aren't cleaned, I've been sitting here waiting for 20 minutes, but no one's cleaning them, I guess I'll never use the shower.

Super unsafe area... As of 12/20/2025 trailer was broken into, and everyone else was too... sheriff department came out waking everyone to inform them their trailers were broken into, make sure you got your locks on.... Good ones too, not no rinky dinky lock.

Don’t come with your kids or families. Only 1 star is for the clerk because she was nice, the travel center itself was disgusting. The women’s bathroom had 2 stalls available (the handicapped being closed), one of which had water and dirty toilet paper all over the floor so that you could not walk into the stall without stepping on who knows what, the other had the same issue but less water on the floor. (Hoping it was water) NO HANDICAPPED OR ELDERLY PERSON COULD USE THIS RESTROOM. The isles had miscellaneous liquids spilled throughout them. Overall absolutely disgusting facility, horrible management to allow it to get this bad. Will never be back. Not a clean or welcoming environment to stop at on a road trip.

Watched someone try and steal a FedEx Volvo while the driver was fueling here a few days ago.
A couple of weeks ago a bunch of truck tires got slashed here.
Security seems to definitely be needed here
Showers are permanently not available, place is always filthy - I wouldn’t eat any food made here

This TA is nasty the staff is so rude and the others doesn't seem to know anything I tried to get coffee there was no lids another man was trying to ask about the packets of sugar because the sugar shakers there were extremely nasty no one would even acknowledge us when we tried asking for these things and the lines were so long because they had I guess new people in training no doubt turnover is high because of the rudeness so I took my coffee to the restaurant they have there and I put my coffee in a cup with lid the nice lady there gave me and I left!! I would not stop there!!

Bathroom was disgusting, one stall was not working, another i could see leaking water hopefully not septic water all into the floor. The showers were down as well.
Tire balancer is broken. Overall a dump, dont come here and expect Anything!

Truckers avoid this location, someone slashing tires on trucks at this location and at the loves and one9 in Holladay, TN several miles east of this location. This is why all truckers need cameras mounted both in front of the truck and down the sides of the truck to catch people doing this crap. It would not surprise me one bit if a tire repair company was doing this in hopes of selling tires. Every time I see these random tire trucks rolling into truck stops I watch them like a hawk because the not so legit ones have been notorious for stealing tires off trailers of parked trucks as well as parts off of unattended trucks. Not going to give this TA a bad review but I think all truck stop chains should be forced to have armed security on site and have them roam the parking lots keeping non trucks out of their truck parking areas. No cars, RVs vans, pickup trucks, repair trucks etc should be allowed in truck parking areas without acknowledgement of truck stop staff and or management.
