My husband and I have been good customers for 20+ years and have been increasingly getting poor service from the Dickson location. Today my husband made arrangements to make his payment late due to a financial emergency. 3 hours later Aaron's drafted his bank account for his full payment. Payment is due on the 15th, today is the 14th! Management was no help in correcting this issue. Her only offer was to return the payment, which would not process before his arrangement date. Oh, and she offered to extend next month's payment.... Does not help the current situation. I do want to add, several months ago Aaron's tried to draft my husband's payment from my debit card. We have separate accounts at Aaron's and separate bank accounts. Just because we're married doesn't mean you can draft either card for either account. Buyer beware, they are not on the level.

I have been trying to get ahold of the general manager since last Thursday. I keep being told that she was busy and would call me when she was done. I have call 3 more times. Keep being told she would call when she was done. Maybe this will get her attention. Doesn't seem like she cares

I've never purchased anything from Aaron's, but I've talked to them in store several times, Customer Service was great, very honest peeps. I appreciated that. This is Rent to Own furniture for every room, even all your elecs, like T.V.'$ ect....I almost purchased a laptop last week because mine died and I start College, GO CTU, in October. Because they are rent to own, They Are Very Pricey, and I decided against it. RTO's are always going to be high thought THEIR RTO ! But I can't afford them. Like I said though Customer Service Rocked. ✌️ HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Price jumps way higher than on the webpage, told them I was not interested and didn’t seem to get the clue the last call I got the young lady was unprofessional had a rudeness to her tone and didn’t even let me get in a simple hello. After reading some of the reviews I can now tell witch ones are true, glad I took my business elsewhere. I really hope that they improve.Retail is what you make it.

I am a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER, I only have to COMMUNICATE WITH THE STAFF, THAT IS THE KEY THING, if you are not up front with the STAFF, then HOW DO YOU EXPECT THE STAFF TO HELP YOU. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE STORE IN DICKSON TN.
