They initially tried to offer me a measly $1500 for my SUV, and then, after I told them I would just keep looking, they decided a few days later to double their offer (which they should have done from the start). When I responded, they mostly ignored me. They then apparently sold the new car I was interested in and still have not had the decency to respond. If you are in the market for a new car and have to trade, I would advise you to take your business elsewhere.

My first visit. What a wonderful experience. My service rep, William, explained what was done and what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. He was thorough and not pushy at all. I felt comfortable and told him I would be back!! My 2014 enclave is running good but in the future, if I decide to buy another one, I will get it at Nick Mayer.

I definitely feel like I was discriminated against due to my ethnicity, after I explained to my salesperson Zac that I wanted to discuss financing after my paperwork was done, two other people came and asked me why I wanted to discuss it later and one of the people was the GM! It’s very distasteful that they thought that different faces would bring on a different result but unfortunately it didn’t!! I don’t want to bash Zac because he’s a newbie so he gets a pass! I just hate that he’s being trained by some grimy individuals!! Dealerships need to stop trying to tack on additional fees because some folks are highly educated when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Last but not least, the finance manger; was awesome and because he was so down to earth; I decided to purchase two products from him. Thanks again to the finance manager for the great customer service!

J.C. was very helpful. When we arrived, he greeted us in the lot. We had an appointment, apparently with another salesperson. When that salesperson was told we were there, they actually didn't want to take the appointment (we could see the guy was not happy) I was VERY GLAD J.C., who had so kindly greeted us in the lot, was the one to help us pick out a new car.J.C. was knowledgeable about each of the three cars I test drove and was never pushy on purchasing. We wouldn't definitely seek out J.C. again at your dealership if we were looking for another vehicle and we would also recommend him to any friends or family looking to buy a car and have a great experience with the salesperson.

I recently bought a truck from Nick Mayer and was thoroughly impressed. JC, the salesman, was exceptional with his in-depth knowledge and customer care. He helped me find the perfect truck, explaining all the features and options clearly.The dealership has a great selection of vehicles at competitive prices. The entire process, from browsing to purchasing, was smooth and straightforward, with JC guiding me at every step.I highly recommend Nick Mayer for their quality service and fantastic deals. I had an excellent experience at Nick Mayer of Dickson. Adnan is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and courteous. He always gets my car in quickly and makes sure the work is done in a timely manner. The absolute best service advisor around. Not only does he specialize in vehicle service, but also in customer service. I will definitely be returning to this dealership!

Service was absolutely ridiculous.... My appointment was on Monday, they told me they couldn't get the parts until Thursday but would have me fixed up that evening or Friday morning. I called that morning only to be told that they have all day and don't close until 530 but everything was looking good to get me in my vehicle by the end of the day, only to no avail to call back Monday. I got there Monday morning and they tell me it's going to be after lunch.... What a joke. On top of that it's still not working right. I'll never bring a vehicle there again....

Bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado back in 2020. Although the truck itself has had its fair share of issues, the staff at Nick Meyer has been excellent with great service. I don't recommend the Colorado to anyone but would always recommend going to this dealership as they are great to work with.

Dropped of my new 2023 truck with 630 miles on it for a problem with the digital instrument cluster and infotainment system blacking out and a problem with the front fascia not being clipped down properly. Got a call that it was ready. Took it home and the popped up front fascia was not fixed. Have to take it back again. Very frustrating. When I leave it, I have to get a ride from someone.The work fixing the instrument cluster and infotainment system failed. My truck is back in the shop again after 5 weeks ownership. William in service told me the part was on back order and could possibly take one month to get. Since it's unsafe to use the vehicle I asked for a loaner truck. I was told no by William in service. Larry the assistant manager said no also. I called the General Manager Mike Guarr and he said no they didn't have a truck I could use. I asked them to call Enterprise and they said no because it was too expensive. They said if I'd agree to pay for anything over $44/day they'd consider it. The truck rental is way more than $44. It's actually $2,195.81 for 4 weeks, based on Nick Mayers Service Department employee Larry's estimate on time to complete the repair. I bought the truck for work. I can't do my job without the truck but Nick Mayer Chevrolet dealership won't help me. They expect me to continue paying $800 per month for my truck while paying $2195.18 per month for rental minus $44 per day maximum allowance. Nick Mayer has been dismissive of my issues. After the contract was signed; they lost interest in me. My next step is to call corporate GMC Offices to see if I can get some help or understanding or compassion. So far, Nick Mayer dealership has been an utter nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I'll revisit this post with updates.

Had new motor put in truck, since then, my truck has been put back in the shop five times due to something not being done correctly on new motor. As of this date, I have just gotten my truck back again and it has been 11 months since the install of my new motor.

As soon as I walked into the dealership I was meet Josh Mallory, who was professional from the start. He listened to my needs and found what I was looking for, Tahoe. He thoroughly explained everything to my wife and I and what was our best option. We choose to build one to get every option we wanted. From start to finish Josh was honest, timely in his responses, and had great communication. Even when we made some last minute changes, Josh did a phenomenal job. If he were selling Lamborghini’s I would have bought one without any hesitation. Thank you Josh and his team for taking care of me and my family. There was a reason why I went to them and they went about and beyond!

Im a single mother of 5 children. I bought a 2019 Traverse in 2021. My exhaust system started messing up really bad, and when I remembered that there was a special warranty on the exhaust, I felt relieved! When I took my car in, they told me I voided all warranties since I had work done on the exhaust!! I've never done work on this car!! They told me it would cost almost $4000 to fix! When I told them no one has worked on the exhaust, they told me that someone has... but kept implying that I did it!! My car is still messed up and I'm still making huge payments on this car!! I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

It sucked, stayed a whole day for the chips, and a few other things, chips were put in, I guess!!! Nothing else was done, but they said my truck was ready, NOT.now it's been back, with an appointment for 10 days they have done 10minutes work on it, still not even close to done.General motors workmanship sucks, my fault because I knew better than buy a GMC, MY LAST ONE FOR SURE!!!

Able to get my vehicle in for service promptly, they found the problem and were able to obtain the part and have my vehicle fixed by the following day for pick up. My vehicle is 21 years old so acquiring parts takes time and I am glad they were able to fix my truck as promised. Polite and respectful employees.

I originally had an appointment approximately 3 weeks ago at 8am. I brought it in the night before, only for my vehicle to go untouched throughout the entire day. Why set an appointment if it can’t be met but above else the communication is beyond HORRIBLE. I was never contacted for any update throughout the process of my vehicle being there. Had I not called I wouldn’t have known anything. At the very LEAST communication should be top tier in any business. I refuse to spend my hard earned money with any business who disregards their customers.
