after spending several years taking our two dogs to All Animals and getting increasingly frustrated with their service and exorbitant prices we finally decided to find another vet. They would not provide meds in a timely manner and kept asking for additional vet services that were NOT needed that only increased the prices. Their customer service was extremely negative and not helpful.

I tried to use them but they don't know what they are doing. Wasted too much money on my horse for the wrong diagnostics every time. They can't keep vets there. I have lost count how many have come and gone over a short period of time. Not a good sign. They don't have any business treating horses. They have no supplies when they arrive. I met someone the other day that lost their horse due to their incompetence. I believe she has a lawsuit against them. Save yourself some grief and go elsewhere. I have never experienced such terrible vet care. I now go to Cornerstone Vet in Dickson for my other animals and use Tennessee Equine Hospital in Thompson Station for my horse.

I don't know how they do with dogs and cats but definitely do not take your mini pigs here. After waiting a month for an appointment to get my little girl spayed, I drove an hour and 15 minutes to the facility where they told me they do not spay until six months of age. When I was upset (I confirmed with them three times that they could do my pig at three months and 10 pounds) they told me they were sorry I felt that way - not that they were sorry they completely fed me the wrong information, made me drive an hour and 15 minutes, Take an entire day off work and then not be able to perform the services that they had assured me that they could, not that they would figure out what happened and fix it - only that they were sorry I felt that way. Lots of large animal vets pretend to know what mini pigs need and act like they can treat them - this is obviously that place. Please look elsewhere for your mini pig needs. I really feel like I dodged a bullet with my pets care.

I took my dog there. I was told what to pay and I gave them my credit card to pay in full because they don't take payments. I recieved my receipt that said a zero balance. Next thing I know I get a bill saying I didn't pay my total bill. Something that was their mistake. My receipt says a zero balance so I took a copy of my receipt back to them. The girl took a copy for my file. Now they have turned me over to the credit bureau.

Been coming here well over 10 years. Great vets and great staff. I also have exotic animals and they have always taken great care of my babies. They have taken great care of all my animals. A lot of love for this place

All Animals Vet clinic is by far the BEST clinic I have EVER taken any of my pets to! Dr. Ellie and Dr. Greg are so caring and wonderful to my dogs! My dogs love going to the vet! The staff is also extremely helpful and even cleaned my dogs crate when my dog vomited on the way to the clinic. I didn't even ask them, they volunteered!!! That's A+ service in my book! I highly recommend this clinic for your pet! They were so compassionate when I had to put down my old man dog. It was such a hard situation but their care and concern really helped me through it. We love All Animals clinic!

Female mastiff was in labor called them for help was told could take 2 days. I knew we needed to go but told dont move here if she gets stressed panics or nervous call after hours . She had delivered 3 pups in 6 hrs then nothen when I called knowing she needed pitocin or csection. They basically told me no she will be fine. Well she gave birth to 2 more pups and then. Nothen again until almost 12 hrs later she delivered 5 dead pups . They causes those pups deaths cause they didnt want to work on sat they wanted to leave by 1 I know this cause they mentioned call after hrs for emergency. At the time I called it wasnt after hra and emergency but they could of saved her and those pups Will never go to ur clinic again and to watch my poor momma crying from her dead babies and now almost 24 hrs later she just passed another dead baby that didnt have to happen

Great emergency doctor. Helped my little one and I feel a little better during a hard time. We had a sad outcome... but we will be bringing our remaining no-thumbed family members there for checkups and such.
