10/30/21: It would be nicer if in the middle of where my unit location at instead on the very corner, but generally I am very happy where my storage unit located, as what I originally seeking for. I would give 4 stars based on there’s no Online Payment for this location just yet, as I was told. And it is not 24/7 access. But all aspects on their general Customer Service wise, I gave 5 stars as I am highly recommend people to rent storage unit(s) from Dickson Storage (as on any of their locations). Clean and affordable. Went while raining hard and drainage was excellent. Only thing is no onlinepayment or autopay.

Friendly owners, and their units are clean. Security cameras catch every angle, so your storage unit is protected.
