“Staff were very polite and helpful to the extent allowed by the vehicle warranty. I was frustrated having to have my car towed to the dealership twice to determine it was a battery failure. My understanding the problem has been found in multiple batteries in Altima to he extent that there is facebook group about it.
The process the service staff at the dealership only serves to frustrate a person. This battery should have been tested more thoroughly the first time and replaced. It should not have required two trip to accomplish this.”

“Went here for the 1st time to have some tires mounted. Asked some questions and received great advice and break down on a problem I was having with my tpms. After having them all replaced, my cars back to riding like new with no lights on the dash. Great waiting area with A/C, snacks, and TV while your cars being fixed.”

“I am giving our salesperson (only) DJ a 5 star review. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. His communication with us was professional and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the product and amiable as a person. I would highly recommend DJ if you are looking to buy a Ford in Dickson. He makes you feel like you matter as he answers questions and guides you through the sales process.
The finance department was another story. I felt that they did the least amount of work possible to shop for us a great rate. With an outstanding credit score and great income, we should have been an easy finance situation. I have been left with the impression that there must be a financial incentive to push customers to Ford Motor Credit, even at the expense of a better deal for the customer. I contacted my bank immediately and they beat the rate by over 2% saving us on our monthly note and total interest. I had to do the legwork to basically refinance our loan product less than 24 hours after signing our paperwork. Sorely disappointed in the finance department. Would not recommend using them for your finance options because the customer does not appear to be their priority! Do yourself a favor and shop your own rates and financing.”

“Great service!! Twice I have pulled into this shop late in the afternoon with a tire issue and was taken care of quickly and professionally. Each time I was told they’d get me in as quick as possible but it could be a little while. But each time they had my car in and repairs made long before I expected. The prices are more than reasonable as well.
I have added Dickson Car Care to my phone book and plan on buying my next set of tires here just because of the service provided.

“I am leaving yet another five star (and if there were more stars I would also be checking those) for Midas in Dickson Tennessee! I had taken a client's vehicle in there today due to the 2026 Silverados passenger rear tire completely losing air all the time! I walk in at 4:00 in the afternoon and I am helped immediately! Once again the service was flawless and not only was it done in record time, I was not charged a red cent! I was given the piece of material that was in my tire causing it to lose air, and was told to have a wonderful rest of my day! This is exactly why I will continue to come here and bring everybody to them that I would know in their vehicle needs! Thanks guys once again for an awesome job! Look forward to seeing you again”

“So my son and I tried to change the dipstick tube in his dodge truck and of course it broke off flush with the engine block. So after knowing we don't have the tools we took it to Firestone and they referred us to Barry's. And just like that no problem at all. Dropped it off Sunday night had it back Thursday good as new. When every shop in town tells u good luck God pops up and shows out. This was the only garage I had not called and the only one that fixed it. Was a little expensive but u get what u pay for and I was happy to pay it. Thank u Barry's automotive for not only working me in but following thru with honesty and precision.”
