I made an appointment to have my car repaired. I got a confirmation text for the appointment. I called the day after the appointment and was told there were 20 cars in the queue and it could be 3 or 4 days before my car was looked at. When I made the appointment I was told they would diagnose the problem and call me for approval to do the repairs and would need 3 days to complete the repairs. Don’t believe what they say.

Bought the 250 Superduty there in 2020 and have had it serviced rouiteenly. Recently the truck would not start. Had it towed in. They checked it out and told me that DEF had been "poured" into the desiel and this caused the high pressure pump to breakdown and shot metal in the fuel system. First of all I'm not an idiot, it's got a separate tank for DEF. Ford warrenty and my additional insurance won't cover the repair due to it was not a mechanical failure. However, I did some research and Chevy and Salantris had a recal on their desiel high pressure pumps due to premature failure. Ford chose not to. They want to charge me $17,000 to replace and flush the system. My auto insurance won't cover it because of the words "poured". This is a scam from Ford so they don't have to do a recall or pay for the repair.
My wife and I have been very loyal customers of this dealership over the years but thats it. They won't get a dime from us anymore.

Ok my son and I stopped in here 1 night. Talked to a gentleman who was very nice. The sales manager was incredibly friendly and it didn't have a normal car dealership feel. We went back again very nice and helpful my son found a truck and he loved it. Went the 3rd day and he drove away with it. This process was so quick and EVERYONE there was lovely to deal with! We are forever grateful!

broke down on interstate going home to north carolina on monday august 26th and was told this is the closest shop that would be able to work on my truck. trucks been sitting in front of parking lot since monday afternoon and it’s now saturday august 31st and they still haven’t even taken a look at it..

I wouldn't recommend anybody buying a used vehicle from this place I paid 30,000 for my vehicle from them and I have had nothing but problems out of it since I have owned it a few weeks after buying this vehicle my check engine light cut on and they had to rebuild the motor and the drive shaft had to be replaced then about a few months later they had to rebuild the rear-end twice because it wasn't done right the first time and now I had a different repair shop in my area tell me my transmission needed to be replaced because it has been jerking when taking off and sluggish and the repair shop put it on the rack and showd me that we're the driveshaft gose into the transmission that it had way to much play in it and showed me he could move it up and down with no problem I got a invoice from that repair shop and tried showing ford and all they said was that the problem wasn't doing it enough for them to find the problem all they did is drove my car to see if they could figure it out they didn't put it on the rack and try to look at were the repair shop showed me were the problem was my vehicle has been in the shop more I have drove it for 30,000 I wouldn't expect to have these many problems.

From start to finish I had an excellent experience with Reiselman Ford a dealership an hour away from me with only a slight hiccup in the middle. Jason Kee my salesperson stayed in contact with me at the start and even after he was sick for a few days continued to be in contact me. Not being in Dickson physically I was sure how much they would help me to get the only Ford Bronco Sport in the area with the color and features I wanted that was on their lot. Jason sent paperwork back and forth. Found the answers to my leasing questions even when they don't do many leases and did as much as he could before I even got there to consider purchasing the car.
Chris, in the Finance department, worked with me to get to the number that I wanted and explained everything along the way without any pressure to do anything extra if I didn't want to. But explained the benefits that if I had been able that I would have.
Boone, the General Manager met me on the way out and I felt valued and treated fairly at every step of the way. They don't work on extra commission so there was no intention to upsell me anything. There were some nice additional touches like my name was in the vehicle on a reserved for tag. And one of the Reiselmans called, thanked me for buying from them, and sent a gift. So even though they were an hour away I would definitely talk to Jason again as I buy another Ford in the future.

John was very pleasant and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. We are from Colorado and experienced a miss fire on my 2018 Raptor. He got me right in and had it done in less time than promised. I work at a dealership so I know the importance of customer service. I definitely recommend this dealership and John for any service needs!

Service is great and people are friendly.
Ford vehicles sucks! Had brought vehicle in last year with same problem while under warranty and it was a “software” fix. Same issue a year later it’s a $4500 cam phaser replacement.
