Best Western Dickson is a great mid-range hotel. The rooms are very clean and neat, with comfortable and super soft beds, clean linens, and fresh towels. Guests note the awesome breakfast, which includes eggs, is delicious. The hotel is pet friendly and easily accommodates service and family dogs. Its location is close to the freeway, drivable to all locations, and has restaurants and a few different things nearby. The front desk staff is described as pleasant, exceptional, and helpful. Most stays are problem-free with reliable wifi and plenty of places to charge devices. A minor critique mentions an interaction where customer service could be improved. Overall, guests highly recommend it as a great hotel and plan to stay again.
Rooms were decent and I can usually always get first floor as well. Both times I've stayed here the breakfast wasn't too great though. Next to Logan's Roadhouse so you can walk next door for dinner and a beer.

Great mid-range hotel with very comfortable beds and clean linens. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff. Easily and comfortably accommodated my service and family dogsand me. Highly recommend and plan to stay again next year.

Pet friendly! Front desk was exceptional! We were on a cross country trip with a Pet which is hard. This hotel was our best stay. Thank you for making kona so comfortable!
