The check in process was quick and easy, with excellent customer service. The room was clean and warm when we entered. One of the beds had a dip in the middle and we were offered another room but we were too tired to move. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast attendant was amazing!

Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable, just as one would hope. 2 small issues with room 318: put an aerator on facet and change out toilet seat as current one will not stay upright.
