Schedule a time get my taxes done at this location and evidently this location is closed on sunday if your closed then you shouldn't be able to schedule appointment times on this day.

Great experience. The person that done my taxes was so nice,friendly,and knowledgeable about taxes and the things I could and could not deduct.I would recommend her to anyone and matter of fact I will be doing that.I was well pleased!

I came in and was greeted and helped immediately. Angela Roger's was very happy to help with all my tax prep and she did a fabulous job. Very professional. I would definitely recommend.

They have had my small business tax documents now for 3 months and 1 week so far and have completed zero tax returns for me. They have had 3 different tax professionals attempt my taxes and still zero solutions. I've been told they don't work enough hours, walk in clients take up too much of their time and ive been pushed over to another tax rep without my decision cause one decided she didn't have time. These people can only complete a single tax return. Don't take your tax business here if you own a business of any kind.My experience has been with the Dickson and Clarksville branch. Customer service has been contacted multiple times and zero solutions from them either. Don't believe anyone even reads those complaints once they are sent in.I'm also still waiting on my hard copies of my documents to be found and sent back to me. H&R block has costed me way more stress than I ever thought was possible. Should be a crime to treat people like this.

My taxpro was so understanding and willing to go out of her way to make sure that my taxes were filed accurately and in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend H&r block in Dickson on Mathis drive.
