I have been with Kroger Pharmacy now for 4 or more years and out of that time only ONCE they didn't have my medicine, however no fault of theirs as noone had it in Dickson. Highly recommend

Went to pick up my dads prescription after surgery and there were 8 employees behind the desk but only one lady running the register driver thru stated it was closed only to find out it wasn’t speaking with several women they informed me it was always like this.

If I could I would leave zero stars. This place is ridiculous. Went to pick up meds at 1 o’clock in the afternoon and drive thru closed. Both husband and I are Covid positive and trying to stay away from people and can’t get meds thru a pharmacy with a drive thru.

Everytime I TRY to get my medicine refilled it is an awful experience. Today is the last straw. I am near tears. I am not going to deal with those rude pharmacists anymore. I am so done.

Slowest pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. Been that way for years and years. I don't think it has anything to do with the shortage of workers because it's been that way for so many years.

If I could have given a negative I would. They are rude and don’t answer the phone or they hung up. I transferred my prescription to the Kroger pharmacy in Bellevue. They were nice and helpful. I would rather drive extra and get food customer service than to deal with the rude people at the Dickson pharmacy.
