Visiting my family down here in Tennessee and this was my first time every visiting a Kroger. It was a hectic, last minute buy but the stores environment and staff were welcoming and friendly.

The pickup is awful. They called me 30 minutes before my pickup time to tell me It would be 2-3 hours before my order was ready…I wasn’t going to be in Dickson 2-3 hours after my pickup time, as I live 30 mins away. The guys responded rudely with no apologies or anything.

Went to pharmacy to get my 6 year old son’s first Covid vaccine dose. They were very sweet and got us in and out quickly.
