Terrible employees. and nasty showers. Im a truck driver and paid for a shower. the shower they gave me didn’t register the code i put in 2 times. the door pushed open so i went in and shower. get a knock on the door and some smart mouth starts talking about me saying “helped myself to a shower” didn’t bother to ask me if i had a code or anything. when i called to let them know they needed to check on that door for other drivers. they didn’t put me on hold and i could hear them sitting there talking about the situation. whatever general manager they have needs to 1. fix the door on shower 4 and 2. learn how to train their workers to leave their attitudes and cluelessness at home and 3. clean the showers a little better, do more than just go in, spray some cleaner around and pick if the towels (took less than 2 min) and call that clean.
i was in the shower when i took this screenshot just to show that the pin pad didn’t work.

Couldn't use the toilet because the one available stall had a clog the size of a small watermelon. Certainly hope this was a one off occasion

GM Shylo Fink doesn’t know how the loves app works and that you can redeem your drink credits on it. Bust out of his office like an overweight cowboy to accuse me of stealing but even after I showed him he was too proud to even apologize. Commendable for Loves to hire the mentally challenged but perhaps GM isn’t the right position for them.

iv been stopping at this location for over 8 years and iv had enough, the bathrooms are ALWAYS nasty, and in desperate need of maintenance. the straw that broke the camels back tho was ealier this week when the manager on shift was super rude and unprofessional over a minor misunderstanding. I'll take my business elsewhere for the foreseeable future

Got food at the McDonald's and the lady at the register had a roach crawling on her shirt. I told her and she knocked it off and stepped on it. We went to the table to set down and there were dead roaches on the handicap bench/seat . This place has a serious problem with roaches. We left.

We sleep well
There was regular noise but it is understandable
It has a dog park with bags for its poop

Women’s bathroom smells like old urine the walls look dirty and gross the employees are not nice AT ALL
