I called to make an appointment and they told me i didn’t have to make one and was told to just walk in. I showed up and then was told to wait for an hour. Poor customer service

Christina is absolutely amazing! I had not realized the business had changed ownership a few years ago so when my daughter wanted to go I was nervous from previous bad reviews I had seen years ago. I am so glad I listened to my daughter because we will never go anywhere else now. We never have to wait, Christina is so kind and her attention to detail is beyond amazing. Plus her nails last forever. My last pedicure (regular polish) lasted over 6 weeks and gel manicures last 3 weeks with no peeling/lifting around the cuticles. She is 1000% the best around.
