This damage wasn't here until I left Midas of Dickson May 3rd 2025. They fixed my oil sensor switch and did oil change. But have damage to my vehicle now. Well, it's November and they still haven't fixed my trim on my vehicle. The manager even told me on the phone that he sees where they damaged the trim on passenger side. If that's the case why didn't they make it right??? I'll NEVER go back there again!!!!!!!

Updating from my previous review. I still do not recommend this shop to anyone. The District Manager is one of the most incompetent and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. His lack of communication and inability to follow through on his own words is SAD. If you do use this store, I hope you do not have an issue because it will not be handled timely. I wish I could give zero or negative stars.

Great service and work. Always have oil changes and other work done. The manager, David, always explains everything up front and any questions you may have. Employees are top notch certified technicians. Great price for the service and completion time.
