“Went into the Dickson TN store with concerns about my phone service after purchasing two Apple Watches and account changes made at the ATT Store located in Cool Springs Galleria Mall. The two customer professionals including the store manager in Dickson did an excellent job in explaining the account and the new monthly charges. Would highly recommend this store. The ATT Cool Springs Galleria Mall Store representatives appear to need additional training.”
