I highly recommend Suzy here at A New Concept Salon. I called explaining that I needed a consult on my hair.. and she got me in that week.. she took the time to look at my hair and discuss options and gave me advice. She took the time toAsk me how I felt about things as we went along. At my apt for my hair cut, she was very kind and gracious.. and continued to make sure she was doing exactly what we agreed to and even adjusted at the end when I didn’t feel comfortable with what I chose.. it was difficult getting my hair cut short.. (something I needed to do)and made it a much better experience knowing that. At the end of it she helped me have a cut and style I felt comfortable with.. and that is priceless. Would recommend her to anyone! Thanks so much Suzy!

This was my first time coming to New Concept Salon and had the best experience I’ve ever had at any other salon! First I called and got an appointment with Suzy for around 3:30 then she personally reached out to me and said she could take me in sooner which was better for my schedule. She made me feel very comfortable and was professional but also personal. She treats everyone like she would want to be treated. She loves her job and is very experienced. I told her about my past experiences and having trust issues when it comes to getting my hair cut. I told her what I wanted done which was different from what I’d normally get done. I needed something different than my normal. We cut roughly 8 inches off. She went beyond my expectations and did an Amazing job. I left there feeling like a million dollars which I’ve never experienced before! Suzy Smith is my hairstylist from now on! She also does eyebrow and facial waxing. She’s amazing!Services: Hairstyling

I drive from Portland, TN and absolutely love this salon and Mary Crow! Mary has been doing my hair for almost 3 years now and she makes it well worth the drive! My blonde has never looked so good and Mary is great company while in her chair. 10/10 recommend!Services: Haircut

My 14 year old son LOVES going to Mary! She is the only one who does his hair exactly how he likes and he is always telling me that he doesn’t trust anyone else but Mary for his hair…and he’s even really thankful now that she doesn’t do mullets ? (in his own words!)Over the last couple of years I really feel like Mary and I have become friends while sitting in her chair. From cutting my hair super short to the uncomfortable growing out period, and coloring my hair a couple of different colors, Mary is always down for my requests and nails it every time!! If you’re looking for a new stylist, I definitely recommend Mary!
