Previous Review: I asked for her to warm up a cinnamon roll and her response was, there is a microwave over there. I've been going to Cinnabon since I was a kid, that is not how they do things.
Current Review: Another lady was working at the Cinnabon. She gave me a fresh Cinnabon right out of the oven, she was also simply more polite. That's how it's supposed to be done.

I love the place, but I was disappointed that you guys should’ve been able to keep up with the Car Wash running put it on maintain X and maybe get it back up and running. I would’ve loved to go through.

Stopped here for my 10 after a long day to get a call from my risk management inquiring if I was parked here and that I am in a reserved spot. I of course explained I wasn’t and that I would go inside and take care of it. Went inside and spoke with staff, gentleman was nice and claimed he knocked on my door but I most likely wasn’t in the truck as I was inside having a bite to eat. I explained that there is no signage stating this is a reserved spot and per flying j pilot paid spots will be identified with a yellow sign. He explained yes that’s the policy but Corp has yet to send them signage for the last couple of years. As a company that makes billions a year in profit and you can’t get signage to the stores is sad and truly unacceptable if you are going to charge drivers to park. In addition your policies need to be the same at every store and not a case by case because it’s always a case by case when it comes to not compensating us for mistakes on behalf of the company. I did of course pay but I also called and placed a complaint with the customer care line which isn’t customer care because they aren’t able to take care of the driver. Empower your people. My company allows me to change my fuel stops and it’s time I start skipping Pilot Flying J. I know one customer doesn’t mean anything to you, but maybe one day you will get it. Was told I would get a call back but doubtful.
Also if you are going to charge for parking your lot needs to be a lot cleaner and free of urine smell.

They close the showers overnight, but they still accept payment for them in the app, only to tell you the showers are down until 6:00 AM. So I can either wait 6 hours and miss my delivery, or throw the shower credit I already used in the trash.

Reserved a parking spot. When I got there all the reserved spots were taken. They wouldn't go out and find out who was parked that didn't pay so I didn't get a spot

Showers “unavailable” 10/28/24 seems like a reoccurring issue according to the reviews. Other wise clean store, friendly staff, truck parking is kind of a mess, like they empty trash cans but don’t pick up the trash

I was parked behind the trucks blocking no one many trucks parked next to me, the guy came and said you can’t park here it is a reserve parking which made no sense cuz there was no where written that it is a reserved area. They just don’t respect drivers at all

Rewards program was extremely hard to access, and then only gave us 5 cents off instead of 10. By the time we'd realized this, we'd spent so much time trying to get the rewards to register that we were pressed for time to get back on the road and didn't have time to go in and have them correct it. We're experiencing this at lots of Pilots and are using them less and less bc of this...
