“I ordered propane January 10, 2024 with about 30% left. There was never any mention on there being a delay and them running behind. Today is day 17 and we have been at 0% for roughly a week and still nothing. I’ve called 4 times and all I get is “sorry, I’ll let the district manager know.” This is beyond ridiculous. We’ve been with Economy for about 7/8 years. I’ll be calling Monday for them to come pickup their empty tank.
Edit to add: Someone did reach out a few days later, told us we did everything right and gave us an account credit. He was very apologetic and assured us they didn’t want to lose us.
After talking with the guy for a little bit my husband decided to give them another chance.”
