If we were to rate the Service Department alone we would give them five stars. April went out of her way to make sure we got back on the road safely and as quick as possible. When we purchased the truck a month ago the experience was totally the opposite. I never received an apology from Sara or her boss for how they treated us, and yes an apology would go long way. They could not admit they did paperwork incorrectly. To find from the State of Michigan I will have to deal with them again to get my $500+ back. This was a horrible experience.

Heidi Winter and the tech guys did a great job servicing our trusty 2017 Ford C-Max hybrid. They also did the recommended updates on wiper blades and air filters, and gave us useful information on caring for the tires, shocks, and struts.
