Have you ever lost all of your USB ports at the same time? It's not a good feeling. No printers, no external drives, no scanners nor other accessories. All gone. I took it to see Jeff and Thomas and before they even plugged it in, they had figured out the problem. Thomas fixed it in minutes while I waited. Then he cleaned things up on the hard drive and straightened out a bunch of privacy issues so that it would run like it was new again. I can't thank you guys enough!! Five Stars to these guys!

One of 5 cameras failed. Last year. The initial remedy was to take that camera offline until a software download or new modem could be obtained. A new modem was found available. Still, no response and no service. Over a year with this issue. Do not recommend. The entire system is 3 years old and installed by this company. Poor quality, poor service, not responsive

The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and they give in their best effort in trying to assist their customers with issues, including me.I had a problem with my wacom tablet because I could not hook it up to my computer... which was due to the computer I had at the time that would not find it. And speaking of my old computer, the side was proven to be broken (the outer "shell" on the side was a little loose for some reason, even though I did not drop it at all).I had fun chatting with the staff and they are very knowledgeable in the world of computers and technology. We had some laughs and I got to know very interesting things during my visit there. I told them I was interested in animation, and they said that if I was interested in doing a animation for them, they would somehow put me into contacts lists on their website and give a slight promotion. It makes me happy to know this and I DO hope I have an opportunity to do this one day whenever I am not too overwhelmed by work...And back to what I said earlier... for $300, my dad got a new Toshiba laptop for me. And after we went out for lunch at Arby's, we came back here and realized that it was the cord that was the problem for my tablet, so we had to order a new one. We did, and now my computer can recognize it finally, so I can use my tablet free without worries.Thanks, guys!! ?

I bought a gaming pc to see if I liked it better than console and the pc had been giving me some issues. I called Scott’s computers and they immediately tried to help me as much as they could through the phone and although that didn’t fix the issue, a quick ride to their new location on highway 46 got me up and running. I’m extremely happy with their service and customer support. 10/10 easily.

I would greatly recommend Scott's Computers to anyone in Dickson or surrounding areas. They are always so honest and helpful. Regardless of how big or small the problem is they are always willing to help out and for a reasonable price.

Scott's Computers is an amazing place to get work done. I walked in one day and automatically felt like I knew the staff my whole life. They are very friendly and know their stuff. Within half a week, they had my computer up and running again after it had been giving me issues for months.
