“10/30/21: It would be nicer if in the middle of where my unit location at instead on the very corner, but generally I am very happy where my storage unit located, as what I originally seeking for. I would give 4 stars based on there’s no Online Payment for this location just yet, as I was told. And it is not 24/7 access. But all aspects on their general Customer Service wise, I gave 5 stars as I am highly recommend people to rent storage unit(s) from Dickson Storage (as on any of their locations). “I have stored my entire household items at the Tennsco location for a full year while getting my house ready to sale. My belongings have been safe, dry, no issues at all. My access has been easy with the gate code. I felt my belonging were totally safe in the 10'x20' unit I rented. The employees have always been great and easy to reach for any issue. I would recommend this storage place to anyone.”
