Expensive shoes. Kids shoes are slim pickings. Cashier was pretty unpleasant. New balance shoes were $5-10 more expensive than on shoe carnival’s website. When I went to the register the cashier took a while to turn around, barely said anything. Took the shoes out and walked off. Which i know what she was doing but it seems like you could say anything like I’ll be right back… continued to make it painfully obvious she hated her job. anyway next time I’ll go elsewhere

No shoes that felt nice. No shoes for a decent price. Not 1 wide or elastic mouth shoe. Shoe Carnival is 10x better.

The store is a bit of a mess, and they don't honor the prices that are online. A pair of shoes that was $29.99 online rang up over $70 in store. A true waste of time.

TERRIBLE customer service. Asked for the other shoe(as they only display one) by taking the box to an associate was told they needed the shoe came back to another associate with the shoe was told they needed the box. Asked another employee for assistance was told they were busy but to go ask the front desk. Just put the shoes back and left.

I just went in for Crocs for my daughter but they were on sale for $43.00. Not too bad. I would have bought them cheaper next door had they had her size.
