I had a wheel bearing replaced on my truck and it failed before the warranty was out . Whit replaced it and the rotor it damaged all free of charge, including the labor.

Just be aware: when Whit tells you to "come on in, we'll look at it and (I will) let you know if you need (said part)", he really means that for $89 he will look at your vehicle, not perform service. I did tell him that he did not advise me it would cost to look at it and his response was "my bad". This could just be my naivity, but when I'm planning to get a vehicle repaired, I don't expect to pay to get an estimate to get it repaired. On a side note, his estimate was more than double the cost of one of the local shop's estimates. The importance of shopping around and asking "dumb" questions, ie., "Is there a charge for this"? Just don't want anyone else to have their vehicle held for inability to pay when they aren't advised up front of the cost.

I was stranded over 100 miles from home. I called and Joe told me come on and he would see if he could help fast.Unfortunately my car needed major repairs but Joe was at least empathetic and tried to help me find someone to help.Thank you for the efforts Joe. None of the other places I called would even give me the time of day... just stated sorry we are 2 weeks out.Folks like Joe give me hope for our industry.
