Brought my son here to have a high school friend cut his hair. His hair is very thick and previous stylists would rush through his haircuts and his hair would end up looking like I'd cut it. Once he started going there to see Amy, he has refused to get his hair cut anywhere else. It is well worth the 30 minute drive to have someone actually care about his hair and take her time to help him feel handsome.

Always something here. Last two times I've come here it's been something. Last time I got skipped for the lady to cut one of her friends hair that walked in. This time it was a 17 minute wait and they had an hour until they closed and they turned me away.

My husband took our young son (six years old) to get his haircut yesterday. He was told he had to stay out in the lobby and not allowed to go back in the room with him. This made him uncomfortable given that he could not see him from the lobby. He also was not able to tell the hairstylist that she did not cut his hair enough on top and the fade he asked for was not short enough. So we basically paid for a haircut we are not satisfied with, which could have been avoided had he been allowed to go with him. We will be going to another location from now on if this stays the policy.

Karla “with a K” is in desperate need of a customer service training course!!! Her loud and proud attitude is absolutely in line with the worst ever from anywhere I’ve ever been. The situation is far more than I can begin to type out, however I would love a phone number to directly contact someone at the corporate office and explain. I assure you that Karla “with a K” (her words) is costing this company a lot of money with the way she literally runs customers off.? I took my son in again today (thought I’d catch her off day) but she was There so we turned around and headed across the street to great clips, and so were two others ?

Why is this business closed on Sunday? This isn’t a barber shop, it’s a sports clips. I only have time to get a haircut on Sunday, that’s why I don’t go to a barber shop. I have two options, go to great clips and get a bad haircut, or drive the 45 minutes to Nashville. I have noticed a full house through out the week, why can’t the schedule be like every other Sports clips I have been to? This would be a 5 star, but cmon guys, you can’t be closed on a Sunday.

My son refuses to get his hair cut anywhere else. He is always happy with the cut he gets from Trinity. We went once across the street to Great Clips on A Sunday because we didn't realize they were closed his hair was butchered - that was the last time he will go anywhere else!

They butchered my hair. I even had a picture on my phone to reference on what haircut I wanted (french crop) When I showed the lady the picture of the hair style I wanted she said thats a bald fade I knew this was a red flag but I gave her the benefit of the doubt it is her profession and maybe I just didn't know the terms a barber or stylist use Should have listened to my instincts smh As the lady proceeded to cut my hair she commented on my jewelry and explained how she use to work at Kay's jewelry another red flag When it was all said and done she cut my hair like she wanted to My haircut looked nothing like the picture I showed her all I can say is good luck ?
