I pulled in to get a car wash and the young man said hey for the same amount you can get all the car washes you want for a month and I was like well OK. I go to the car wash get out to dry my car and notice there's still dirt and soap on the car. I thought well OK. I'll go in one more time Same thing. Let's jump forward three months later and lo and behold. They've signed me up for a monthly fee and I'm trying to reach someone locally to complain and cancel.

I went to the take 5 carwash today and it was a disaster the track in the car wash stopped Working while I was inside I sat in my car for almost 2 hours inside the wash stuck just for it to not even touch or clean my car after I got home I was exhausted to even clean it. the people at take 5 carwash don't put any pride or work ethic into their work worst establishment I've ever been at!!!

Is great!

It seems like approximately in the last month there has been a management change and whatever has happened. It is for the worst you go there the equipments not running I’ve been through two or three times this week and the part that washes your windshield doesn’t work they don’t even say anything like we’re getting it fixed nothing. They act like we are a bother to them to come to the car wash. They hardly spray down your car at the very beginning before you go in. You might get like two passes of the pre-wash that they put on your car hand with that hose before they would spray the front of your vehicle your windshield sometimes down the side, but definitely your back windshield and back of the car because sometimes that’s where the car wash does not get isn’t a very middle of your car. Two or three times this week and there’s hardly been any bottles available to even wash your car with or your windshield with hand one day this afternoon. They hardly had any towels, all the shelves were empty except for the very bottom and there was probably only five towels left, it seems like they don’t care about customer service AT ALL!!!!!!!
Before the business was really particular about hanging up the hoses, making sure that they were hung nice and neat. I pulled in one day and two of the hoses were laying on the ground and I asked one of the guys before I got out of my car because I was going to pull to a different spot if they were not working and I asked him I said are these two working, they’re laying on the ground and he just come over and put his hand. He’s like oh yeah they’re working. I think you need to hire a new manager and new staff that actually cares about their customers because if this continues like this, I will be canceling my Monthly subscription.
I hope someone reads this and I hope someone takes this seriously and get new staff. When you pull in, you’re too busy talking to each other, looking at their phones instead of taking care of their customers.

If I could give Take 5 a 0, I would. My car needed a wash, so I decided to go through the Take 5 automatic wash. An attendant came over, which I thought was weird because I've been through a lot of automatic car washes. They are self-service, simple, and don't usually need an attendant. This person was nice, but they started trying to up-sale my experience. When he said that there was a special going where the single wash was the same as the unlimited, I assumed that meant that the unlimited wash was just a wash with extras. He ran my card, and gave me a sticker to put on my windshield. That is when I was a little confused, but he pushed me on through the process. The actual car wash was terrible. It knocked paint off my car (which is on the newer side) and was still very dirty after it was over. When I got home, I researched what I had actually paid for and saw the horror stories of other peoples' experiences with the unlimited program and how it is a monthly subscription that is impossible to cancel. I immediately tried to cancel on their website. It kept saying it didn't recognize my subscription numbers that were on that sticker. I then tried to call their corporate customer helpline, which told me to go to the website. I also tried to text with the bot on the website that said they would put me through to a real person, which it didn't do. This has been a nightmare of a scam that they are running. Shame on them. Not once was a told that my card would be charged once a month, nor did I agree to any terms or conditions. Pretty sure this is not legal.

the red head is awesome and nice. need a note to let customers know that u leave ur card in until it says to remove to finish payment. and also the wash itself could use some extra "umph" to remove the poop these birds have these days lol. other than that the customer service is great ??
