Seems that I always have Patti to wait on me when I go in! I usually have several items to ship! She has NEVER failed to be smiling and just SO helpful! Even if that place is just crammed full, she STILL has a smile on her face and just as nice as can be! She is definitely a strong asset to the UPS family!!!! Also, the location is always in super nice condition, clean, and organized!!! Keep up the fantastic work!!!

Always a clean professional and helpful staff. Especially Mrs Patty which is the sweetest and most patient and helpful person I've ever dealt with. She's always got a smile and goes out of her way to help anyway she can. The only thing maybe I could mention is that things would go more expeditiously if there were two members working at opening time because there's usually people waiting in line. Great store overall though.

Highly disappointed. Shipped one package and the bottom of the receipt had a 20% off coupon on pack and ship. I had another package that I needed to have packed and shipped. The manager refused to honor it stating I had to leave and come back. I ship weekly at the location. Highly disappointed she was so rude and refused to honor the coupon. Especially since there were no stipulations on the coupon.

Poor customer service lines are always put the door! I will make sure I only use Bellevue TN location off hwy 100 from now on.

Horrible service rude workers!!😡😢 My first time using this store last night returning 3 small items from amazon. The line was out the door and I have a foot/ankle fusion surgery 12wks post op and its hard for me to stand long in my boot. I'm also a disabled Navy Veteran 100% P&T. I had to use to different stations to pay for 2 shipping boxes 📦 and then go back for the lady with Black hair in ponytail to scan my labels and she emailed them. The 2 halloween lights were sent back together with the same tracking number! One got lost per UPS customer service. Thank God Amazon was able to still issue me a refund even tho they have not received the package. I normally use UPS store on HWY 100 in the Kroger shopping center but I had a dental appt in Dickson yesterday so this store was on my way home. Never again I'd rather drive out of my way to use Nashville Bellevue store they are always fast & prompt most of all friendly and helpful🙏🤲

Phenomenal location and incredibly kind, helpful staff who wholeheartedly go above and beyond your typical employee! Garrett specifically helped me tremendously by staying open past store hours to get my parcel in to the mail which was incredibly important I had done. I'm extremely grateful to Garrett and UPS for this kind of dedication to its patrons! I'll be back👍👍🙌🇺🇲

Never a problem at this location. All the staff are knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I choose them over other UPS locations, and over Staples. My returns to Amazon get handled quickly. My compliments to the staff.

There's an older white haired white lady in there that always has something negative to say about a return I'm having to ship back. Everyone else I've dealt with in there has always been kind and helpful, except for her. She is the expert at shipping. Her job is to be helpful, not the problem. I'm just following the shipping instructions of Amazon, or whatever company it is that I'm returning an item for gave me. My first interaction with her was in 2021 or 2022, and I contemplated writing a review after then, and after other encounters with her, but decided not to. I can't keep quiet about her anymore.

This location is great. They are quick, thorough, and helpful. I had to ship two pairs of glasses, and they were meticulously and carefully wrapped. Also, I have been helped by Brandon several times, and he is always friendly and helpful, with a smile on his face.
