“The apple cider before Thanksgiving weekend was delicious. They giftwrap in adorable bags and etc. They had the cutest little lock and key promotion/mystery discount for the holiday weekend, and I won with my purchase the gift of a fancy little dried dip mix ?☀️? I felt so loved as a customer! They have lots of girly little clothes, cute with the times jewelry, and local & small-town southern appreciation products. They also as a gem have greats gifts for kids imo. I got my son some pop its and a gratitude journal and daily devotional. The books they keep in stock are meaningful which is appreciated!”

“Some visits can be better than others. Clothes used to have the possibility of getting small holes from the tags, but it seems that has recently been improved. Some products fit differently even when you get the same size for clothes and shoes. Generally, satisfied with items from here but some have flaws (especially the jewelry). The sales often have great prices but it can be a bit hard to figure out which items are on sale since they can be mixed in with ones that aren't. The employees are normally very helpful. Overall, this seems to be a good store if you don't mind spending a little while browsing to figure out what works.”

“Let me just tell you the level of customer service you get when you go to Three Times a Lady in Dickson, TN!!!!! And every time I go, it is the same! I went in to get a pair of shoes for a Christmas gift, and Kristina even did a ‘fuzz removal’ inside the opening of the shoes… what!? I was floored… attention to detail is key and they get it right! Every time! Anyway, go there and see Kristina and her wonderful teammates! They will definitely take care of you!”

“I just wanna say it’s the Friday before Christmas and they were stocked, clean and friendly. On top of that I was at the back of the line and checkout only took 5 minutes if that with only 2 cashiers open. Best experience at Ross I’ve had.”
