Great, professionally friendly banking staff and management. Very convenient location when traveling west. Felt welcome as if my business mattered to these bankers. No "***** questions like you can get at other "chain" or national banks (i.e. - "Do you know what you're here for?) Would not give any other bank five stars, except for the bank formerly know as The Bank of Western Massachusetts.

Exceptional customer service and support. Highly recommend this institution for handling personal, business, and or loan accounts. The personal dedicated service is like unbelievable. A bank that has people who enjoy helping you with your financial goals. I'm sure going to miss the opportunity to walk in and be greeted by a great big smile!
