Joe and the guys at Grey's Garage have been taking care of my cars for about 2 years now. We have several older cars and Joe has been able to find and solve several unusual issues such as vacuum leaks affecting the 4WD on an old Toyota Pick Up truck. From standard maintenance to the unusual problems, Grey's Garage has fixed everything in a professional and timely manner. They are Honorable, Efficient, and most importantly Knowledgeable. You could not find a better place to fix your car.

We had trouble with our radiator and they were able to get us in as soon as they opened. They were able to have our vehicle ready before the afternoon! Joe was extremely helpful and communicated with us while it was being worked on. I will recommend this shop to anyone in need of great amd reliable service!

Only came here because I live to far from my trusted mechanic. I seen Bible scriptures above there place so that made me want to try grays. Charged a little over $350 to change my wife’s windshield wiper motor quoted me around $450. I called back immediately because I was gonna take somewhere else, when I said that they knocked off around $100. That sounds great, but really just told me I was lied to and could have charged $100 less to start with. It’s a shame people use Bible scripture but don’t live as Christ commands.

It took a couple weeks to get in and have an oil change done due to them being fully booked. I noticed once I got in that there was tension in the room. I noticed that they had lowered my driver side window. I asked them to roll it back up since I got window tint done to it the day before. They refused and said that it was too dark any way and that I’d get pulled over soon. I was taken back by the response and questioned if I should just ask for them to stop working on my car so that I could leave immediately. Once they finished with the oil change and gave me my keys, I paid for the service and got in my car. I noticed they had broken my arm rest. I go to them and tell them what happened and they said it was the people who did my window tint. I told them that wasn’t true and that it was working just fine. He gets in my car and is making a big scene about it. The next day it goes back out again and I can’t use the arm rest now. Not to mention the damage to my window tint. If I knew they would’ve rolled my window down, I would’ve told them not to before handing them the keys. Clearly I caught them on a bad day but the fact that I was treated so badly while they have a billboard with a bible verse on their lot just puts a bad taste in my mouth. I personally will never go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here due to the unprofessionalism, narcissistic tendencies, and hot headedness.

The staff and owners of Grays Garage have always been up front and easy to work with. With my personal vehicles and now a vehicle we have been donated for our non-profit, they go above and beyond to help us out with the best cost without skimping on quality!
The vehicle we had donated had a really hard to find part that was needed and instead of just saying “too bad so sad” they searched high and low to find what we needed!
One other outstanding fact about Grays Garage, they try to support the community groups as much as possible. That is not always easy for a small business who is responsible for feeding 5 other families besides his own.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so fair, honest and giving Casey. It means alot to us!
