My package has been sitting in Memphis since 12/14 so I’ve called the Dresden Post Office about it 3 times and they continue to tell me they’re backed up and I’ll get it. Well today 12/30 I get a notice from Amazon that my package is lost.

How on earth does our package go from being in Las vegas to Dresden, where it is to be delivered and then to Memphis and now in Miami? It wasn't long ago we had a package arrive in Dresden and go back and forth to Paris multiple times before making it to our home. This is beyond ridiculous and is absolutely irresponsible. You guys seriously need a new system or you need Fed-Ex to come in and demonstrate logistics to you.

There is 3 months of my prescription medication that the mail carrier never delivered to my mailbox. Why can't the postal service hire decent people to deliver our mail? This is a major problem for me and has me very upset.

I order a $300 package and they just lost it.. they said my address was insufficient even tho when you click on my address they sent back to me there’s a street view of my house… I believe the delivery driver stole it because how does that even happen

The window posted Saturday hours 8:30-11am. Doors locked and building dark. Not to mention a typed white piece of paper that stated the same hours. I’m going to need you to do better!!!

They keep crushing my packages by shoving them in the mailbox where they don’t fit, or forcing more than one package in. Will be leaving instructions on my orders beforehand from now on.They also tried to deliver a “redeliver” package a day early, and told me I had the date wrong even though I was sent three confirmation emails confirming it was for the day after. Of course they didn’t care, they made me come pick it up, anyway.

Had important papers from government agencies that won't spend the extra money to mail it certified or registered. So after 3 months of trying to get something from SBA to save my house that was damaged by the December 11 tornado, and after 3 times being Mailed regular mail, the post office can't find or get this paperwork delivered!What do they care? It's not their house!Post office needs to be dismantled and made to do things the right way!

Absolutely the worst post Office to exist. Somehow they’re always on lunch, never answer the phone, and the fees are ridiculous. Horrible excuse for a post office
