I would like to take a minute and recognize you awesome employee that went out of his way to fix our bus so we could continue our girls trip. His name is Robert, he sold us an alternator 7/10 and he meet with us the next morning to put it on for us. He didn't have to do that but he did. He knew that we were on a girls trip and hours from home and we needed help. He had the alternator changed/replaced in like 30 minutes. I hope AutoZone recognizes him for going above and beyond.

Zane went far beyond my normal experiences previously in parts stores. Definitely what I needed in a stressful situation. Helpful information & even got his hands dirty with executing the sought out plan. It was a 2 hour parking lot/project.

I went to auto zone in Dunlap today for the 1st time in ages.
Only because I haven't had a need to go though.
Anyway, a really helpful young man named James and a very helpful young lady were very knowledgeable, friendly, and solved my issue work my VW Beetle. I had not been able to turn my beetle off all day because my key was stuck in ignition with engine running. Had tried everything I knew to get it turned off and key out. I had even tried doing what James done except " flicking" the key while turning it over. He let go of it and it turned right off, key came right out!!! It's folks like this that make you a lifetime customer!!
