Bernice was very rude and loud.. She raised her voice at me and refused to help and bad mouthed me to the other customers.

Arrived at store and found employees were stocking the shelves and doing a good job at it. Me and my wife went in there to shop and my wife accidentally dropped a bottle in the aisle in it broke. Ask the cashier for a mom both the cashiers looked at me confused. Finally he went and got a mop to clean it. When he brought them up my wife was the one that had to clean the mess. Which is understandable. After we got done. The other lady said that we had to pay for it. We explained to him that it was an accident it wasn't on purpose and we were there to buy other items. She made us feel so small that I ended up putting all my stuff back on my shelf and leaving. To my knowledge I would believe that the store would teach their employees a little bit more about their policies and be more considerate to the customers.
