Very poor customer service ,store manager and manager on duty refused to give me a refund for the extra party supplies I bought yesterday that wasn't opened or used And I had my receipt . Told me I m could only exchange. Neither manager could tell me what policy of returns were.. funny thing I know it cause I worked for dollar tree for years.. don't go here I don't recommend it!!!!!

I would like to say ive never had a problem until now, can in got all the items i needed and went to check out. Of course i greeted the cashier in a nice manner ( how are you, at the beginning) !! No answer back!! So I thought she didn’t hear me so i said i love your makeup!! She looks at me ans doesn’t say anything!!! Well of course when i went to leave i said thank you have a blessed day!!! AGAIN SHE WAS RUDE WITH NO REPLY! Anyways this is just a rant really! Even if your having a bad day your always supposed to have a good attitude towards your customers especially if they have a good attitude towards you!

I just ran in for a pair of reading glasses and they were just about sold out , I managed to find 2 pair in my strength so it worked out okay .

It gets bad review on employee customer service. I never get a thank you and please come back. Ever I would think I was shopping at Walmart where the cashiers never say that only the self out computer cash registers says that. A nice smile and a thank you and come back means alot. If I were in charge, it would be mandatory or they could go work somewhere else. What is wrong with a world that the big chains aren't taught or insistent on manners. Man, I live in the south and I give such and I expect such. Is that to much to ask for? Maybe it's a big company that they dont insist their employees do that. However, they are very helpful and polite when I ask for help or help in finding a product. They are very nice just no manners.
