“I have only had this service for 6 months. My only qualm is they do not send out bulletins if there is to be maintenance. As someone who is working from home, relying on the internet, its horrid when you lose 2 hours of oay because your internet drops and the provider can't be bothered to send an email. I was told to "check Facebook " and honestly I shouldn't have to follow their social media page to get vital information that costs me money.”
