They have had a van there for several months that the parts were bought and paid for that they can't/ won't fix and refuse to answer calls from the owner. ( Maybe blocked owners number) Something fishy. Fix it or own up to the fact you don't know how and return it. Personally I would go with a police escort to get it and sue for my money back

Unless you want your vehicle setting in the parking lot of this business for 9-10 months or longer don't do it! They will ignore your calls and if you drive and check on your vehicle they will give you the most unprofessional excuses you will hear in a lifetime. They take advantage of the elderly and disabled. They also don't care to leave your windows down. A rat has chewed the upholstery and there is foam all in the back!

J&J had my truck for about 3 weeks rebuilding my transmission for $1600. I got it back with a 12,000 mile warranty. 5 days later my transmission grenades. They did not honor the warranty because I supplied my own torque converter but nothing was said about that until I had to take my truck back. I had to pay an additional $2500 for them to rebuild it again. This time it takes them almost 3 months to complete and they told me I would get my 12,000 mile warranty. A year down the road my trucks starts having problems again. I do the trouble shooting myself and it's in my techm. I take off my transmission pan to find my transmission filter floating in the pan (not connected) my valve body missing bolts, and my tcm connection not even locked in properly ? Went to go get my engine fixed told me it would be done it three days took over a week drive my car now the check engine light is on and won’t hold oil do not take your car to this scam artist

Had brakes, tuneup and transmission rebuild completed. Car ran like a brand new one (84 Vette) once completed. Highly recommend this location for all your vehicles repairs and normal maintenance.Great Job Guys!
