I purchased safe on 12/30/24 and was helped by Jay who was a pleasure to work with. I showed up today to pick up my safe and Jay recognized me and said he needed To show my receipt to the manager. The manager was very rude and somewhat accusatory that I may be a thief. I was taken aback by the rude interaction with the manager and to be honest a little upset as I'm a customer service manager and felt je handled the interaction inappropriately. Jay came out to rhe parking lot and I asked if his manager is usually this rude and he covered forchis boss stating there had been recent thefts. Jay should be promoted to manager and the rude manager should be demoted. Thst interaction between Jay, the manager and myself is unacceptable and either he should be demoted or given proper customer service training. I'm spending a good amount of money in your store and that's how your manager treats your customers?????

Very clean tractor supply with very friendly staff! Logan was extremely helpful in finding an item and even directed us to a nice coffee place up the road! So grateful!

Bought wire and returned it to get a gift card. Wouldn't be an issue if the cashier hadn't blanently lied said we could get cash back. It's understandable that it's a gift card but when you lie to your customers you get no return customers. First and last time shopping here.

Love going in to tractor supply because they usually always have what I need at a reasonable price all except for their pet supplies such as puppy/dog pads and wormer and fleas collar's are a bit expensive but our local Farmers Co-op has them at a better price and for sure a better price and quality on bales of straw. Harbor Frights hay straw is very poorly quality.

I enjoy this store - the staff is always friendly, always something new or different, and the must have’s are usually in stock.Super helpful if you need to order or raincheck something.
