Went to the doctor who prescribed several medications some OTC. The Dunlap Walgreens was closed. This was Sunday morning at 10.00am. Sign on the door said 'System Down'. Since the store opens at 8.00am, there should have been a tech there in 30 minutes or less. Service at all Walgreens is absolutely now awful, but there is no excuse for any store/pharmacy to be closed for Technical reasons.

Lately they have had terrible service. Several times they have left my son without medicine and it is very important that his medicine is available at the pharmacy since he has autism. When I go to pick it up, it turns out that they have already given it to someone else. It is not fair that they do that, it is not funny. They should be more serious. This is not the first time they have done it. They have done it to me several times.

My prescription was filled fast, and the ladies in the pharmacy were very sweet and courteous. A much less stressful experience than at some other Walgreens locations around here, definitely recommended.

Haley in the pharmacy is one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Rolling her eyes and tossing her headphone/mic in the window. This unacceptable when dealing with elderly ppl that just want to pick up medication.

I love using Walgreens as my pharmacy. Everyone is very nice and they send a text message to let me know when I have a prescription ready they are very helpful. If I get a prescription I hadn’t gotten before they call to make sure I understand how to take it which is very helpful.
