“Woke up to a zero tire pressure warning on my truck Thursday morning. Called RUSSOMS towing and Drew was out quickly, got the tire off and spare put on in no time. I left the key at the front desk at the hotel. I was staying for and caught a ride to work not knowing how long it would take. One of the lug nuts was swollen and prior to, getting it off, he called to let me know that it would probably be damaged since it was so swollen. I appreciated the heads up, the cost was reasonable and admired his professionalism through the whole experience.”
