The blonde with the birthmark on her neck at the window needs to learn some manners. She got an attitude and when she gave me the medicine, she quickly shut the window before I could ask her questions. This makes twice now and that needs to be dealt with before I do

just found out that if the cops request your records CVS will hand them over... without any warrant! CVS will also never notify you that they did it! time for me to find a pharmacy that cares about patient privacy...

I have never had a better experience than I did today. Annabel and Ashley worked so hard to help me get my prescriptions and information regarding Medicaire. They are both absolutely top employees that CVS should be so proud to have them as such exemplary members of their team!

The pharmacy has constant wait times when you try and call. Often having to call multiple times. Customer service is non existent.

Slow. Slow. Slow. It's not acceptable to tell a waiting customer that they are an hour behind and come back AFTER they go to lunch. Hate using this pharmacy, required by my insurance since Aetna owns CVS/Caremark. Have to drive 30 mins to the pharmacy to be told that when you're sick is quite poor customer service in their part.

I went to the drive through because it was 90 degrees out and my dogs were with me. I had been running around doing errands at I was exhausted. When they said 20 minutes , they could see I was tired . They then said " wait here ". My script was ready in 2 minutes.. They were amazing.
