Don't bother calling them, they don't answer the phone. Sat on hold three times for over 5 minutes each time, no one answered. Very poor customer service.

Not a great place at all. I definitely perfer home depot. You will not find any help and several things are in cages. The paint will be different every time you go there. I have always had poor service but I look for more than a place to get in and out. A little help would go a long ways and if they would organize better I would be able to find everything on my own but it is the only place in town so happy hunting.

Great store, everything I needed was there. They think a little highly of their spray paint, it's half the price at Walmart, but overall good.

I was told by a Lowe's employee who butted in on a conversation between me and another employee that if she had her way republicans would not be allowed in store....a little skinny blonde haired lady....so is this what it's come down to at Lowe's in Dyersburg...you should only be concerned with the money I spend and nothing else....I still wished her a good day anyway...it's sad that you have employees like this

Purchased a new commode for my Dad. Paid a plumber to install, only to discover it was not working properly. We uninstalled , and returned it. No apologies for the trouble we had. Bought another one and paid for Lowe's to have it installed. Another $175 for installation. But they can deal with it...well they didn't show up. We will call you within 2 days to set up your appointment. REALLY? You already missed your first appointment, and we can wait another 2 days to hear from you? Very bad experience.

The Dyersburg store hires people who have little to no knowledge or experience in the home improvement industry. I know of several knowledgeable people with extensive experience who applied there and never ever got an interview. Yet shortly after they hired some young girls who have no experience at all. Nine times out of ten the Dyersburg store doesn't have what I need and I have to drive to the Union City store. Now I don't even bother going to the Dyersburg store at all.
