My husband n I ordered doors for front n back of the house in may2023. At that time we were told it would take 6 to 8 weeks before the doors would be installed . Guess what? We still haven't got the doors installed!!! The doors are paid for. Here's how the story goes: After 8 weeks after ordering we were told it would be a couple of more weeks before the install would take place n so we wait n wait. The doors are delivered for the installation and a couple of weeks later the installers arrived n I was so excited finally we would see a difference in our electric bill because we so needed new doors. With all my excitement I was only let down again, due to the fact that the doors that were delivered weren't what we had ordered . We decided we could live with the front not being what we ordered n so it was installed n looks great. Week after week n month after month we would call to check on the back door n we were always getting told some lame excuse for not getting the door.( N did I tell u the door had been paid for). Finally, around 6 weeks ago the correct door was dropped off . A week later we were given a install date of February 13!!! Finally! Well here I sit looking at my same old back door! The installation didn't take place nor did we receive another lame excuse. Today my husband called to see what was going on now with the door and he was given a new date for installation March 20!!! So almost a year we MIGHT get our new door. I'm not going to gd my breath tho. I sure wished we had used window world or anyone else for that fact. I DON'T recommend Lowe's for door installation!!! This isn't any was to conduct business. It's totally unacceptable. We started the refund process n during this time the door was dropped off. I feel like Lowe's was just trying to appease us, lead us to think that the door installation was in the near future, and stop the refund process, which we did stop the refund process .

Great place to shop! I went to Blytheville Lowes yesterday Jan the 10 th 2024 wanted a dishwasher I couldn’t get any one to wait on me unbelievable bad service! People just standing around talking and rude service desk employees and rude manager ! Went to Dyersburg Lowes the following morning ! The young lady in appliances got my dishwasher all the plumbing I needed in 10 minutes I paid for it! And they loaded up ! They knew nothing about my bad experience At Blytheville last night! They were so appreciative for my business! It was simply amazing! It is hard to believe Blytheville Lowes is a terrible place to shop and Dyersburg Lowes is an amazing experience! Don’t waste your time at Blytheville if you live at Caruthersville ! Make the trip to dyersburg! Even if you live At Blytheville make the trip to Dyersburg ! Having a nice person instead of rude people make the difference for me! And especially people that appreciate you business!

It's Lowes.The jewel of the super home supply stores.We bought a floor upright freezer and a new dryer. Two distinct transactions in 2 different weeks.Was delighted with the dryer. Not so much for the freezer, but definitely a great product at a reasonably fair discount. I think another $100 off the offered price would have just about right for a basically new unit with untold wear from customers inspecting it on the floor.But, we are in no way dissatisfied.In 30 years buying from Lowes in 4 States, not once have we ever had a bad experience.

Great selection of household and yard equipment. Great location right in town. The only issue I have is the employees are extremely rude when loading equipment into your vehicle, especially if you don't have a truck. They made me do all of the hard work myself when loading a push mower into my car. I also ordered some appliances for my new house that were supposed to be moved in 2 days later and, for some reason, they delayed the shipment an entire week. I had to go a week without a refrigerator, washer or dryer. The people that brought it were very rude about us not having everything we needed when we were never told what was needed beforehand. My roommate had to make a special trip to Lowe's to get the piece himself, without knowing exactly what to get. He got the wrong thing and therefore never completely set up the ice maker on the refrigerator. We wouldn't have moved in if we knew our appliances were going to be a week late but we were unaware of that until we were here the day before for them to come in and set everything up. It made our move extremely unpleasant as we would have waited another week to move in if we had a notice before the day it was supposed to be shipped and installed.

I thought only Walmart hired ignorant "register gaurds"!Att lowes checkout, I ask my husband if we were using the credit card he replied yes. I said, "ok, self check is all that's open, do you have it with you?" The girl "register gaurd" (without being asked) yells "they take credit cards". We glance at her and turn back to each other, she yells again louder , "they take credit cards". People look at her and us. We were NOT talking to her, that had NOTHING to do with rather he had the card with him or not AND an insult to our intelligence (like we weren't smart enough to use a self checkout).Lowes I THOUGHT YOU WERE BETTER THAN THAT! Train your people too ASK if someone needs help; Not half listen to some else's conversation and inject in their ignorance. Most embarrassing for us and you, as the company that employees her

7/14/22 went for several items, one of which was either chain or cable and I decided on cable. Couldn't find anyone to help so went and asked for someone to be sent. Employee said she'd get someone and send them over. As I left she told someone else to do it which is no big deal. I waited 6 minutes and was going to leave but decided I'd wait 10, certainly long enough for a small place. Nope. Nothing. Put the hardware items back, went to the front and said no one showed up and I'd buy my things elsewhere. She said ohhh wait. Let me get someone. I said ma'am I've waited 10 minutes and leaving. I went to a competitor and got the cable, hardware & lumber I wanted for $412.86 which for a guy on fixed income is a lot. I had to drive further and pay more but felt this was very poor service and hopes this spurs them to improve. Other visits have been from fair to good. This one was terrible. (Today, 6-1-23, had a helpful employee)
