I was not pleased with my dog's first grooming experience at their facility. In June, they cut her leg deeply, and she is still limping today. Additionally, they gave her an unflattering haircut, which made her look unkempt, and ignored my instructions on how I wanted her groomed. I will not be taking her to their establishment again.

They don't know what they doing and they messed my dog up how do you go from trim the tail to shave the tail beats me but I will not carry my dog back their again

So very highly disappointed the staff was nice when I drop my dog off they were nice when I picked him up but when I looked at my dog he looked totally pitiful l usually take my dog to animal care in Dyersburg Tennessee but I decided to try something different to see how they were and every time I look at my baby I just feel totally disappointed if they do not know how to cut his hair they should’ve never touched him because he looks worse now than what he did when he went in for a haircut never again will I ever take my dog back there and then on top of that they are overpriced for the work that they do, the only thing I can give them a 1 on is for the staff, their personality is nice.and The bandanna was cute. My dog is a Maltese mix. As soon as his hair grows back animal care I will be back to you sorry for ever going somewhere else.
