The YMCA of Dyersburg is a great facility for exercise with a lot of different equipment to use, including treadmills. It offers pretty nice and excellent classes, such as the "Silver and Fit" program. The hours are early to late. The staff are the best, always willing to help. The place has a pretty decent game room and a nursery. A common criticism is the loud, repetitive Christian music or radio station played constantly, which many people prefer to drown out with their own earbuds. Otherwise, it is a good place to get a workout and has changed lives, described as the best medicine for an active lifestyle.
