It seems former company became complacent, lacked hunger to reward long term loyalty as our family grew, but contact and rebalancing our footprint as needs changed and we woke up!
Jordan Panel responded to my call, I laid out our driving habits, that as children left home, purse strings relaxed and rate reduction incentives helped get us over our unquestioning annual roll over of our insurance, (OUR LACK OF ATTENTION), but what did we know; until we grew hungrier than our agents (ITS EASY TO GROW COMPLACENT, TAKE THINGS AS THEY WERE, INSTEAD OF SHOWING US WHY THEY WERE OF VALUE TO US?), they basically encouraged us to change agents for our own self interest!
Our only reason to change our State Farm Agent is to be 30+ miles closer to home. Jordan Panel and his crew, has served my wife and myself better than one has the right or expectation to have our need met, especially when we need to address an issue that AI simply can’t.

They go above and beyond to do whatever they can to get you the best quotes, discounts and the correct insurance that works or is better for you. I know they’ve saved me when I lady hit me luckily she did have insurance and Jackie, Payton or Mrs. Violet didn’t give up until I had a new car that I still have to this day and that was awhile ago. Call them and be apart of the family. One of those three lady’s will either pick up or give you a call back faster than you can leave a voicemail. I’ve witnessed it myself or I wouldn’t be saying it. They are absolutely amazing and I love JACKIES STATE FARM. I promise you won’t be disappointed and it takes a lot for me to really like a company that we’ll but like I said they make you feel good about having insurance and being responsible, I know they do me anyway.
