The staff here is what makes it!! me and my family had to stay in nearby hotel for a bit, Time we went in to grab snacks or food we were met with genuine people. They very helpful with more than just information on the store, but gave suggestions to us about the nearby area.

I’m not very happy that I’ve had to drive the other side of I-24 to another circle k at 4900 block Brainerd Road to be able to get a product due to them saying that they are short inventory of limited up 2x of buying person ZYN what is going on with the inventory was is it not being properly ordered. I was there to buy a log of it. Luckily this store was able to sell the product of no shortage at all

Always my halfway stop for fuel back in forth FL-OH.Cheaper than most in that area right off 75 and located by lunch spots!

The Circle K sip n save membership is not accepted here. No signs up or anything. Found out as I was checking out and had already made a drink. A group of people chatting with the cashier had to move out of my way as well in order for me to pay. Disappointed and will drive to one of the further away but better locations from now on.

I purchased 2 monthly drink clubs for $16 at the Ooltewah-Ringgold store. I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with the drinks. Cannot put in phone numbers to claim the drink for the day. Now the cashier's are saying that after 2 weeks my receipts are not good. I purchased these on the last day of Sept of this year.! The attitude of the cashier's is snooty! The cashier's try to push buying sweets on 2 ppl that have medical issues!overall this store STINKS!

This store is used to be a great place to stop in and grab a couple snacks while getting fuel. However within the last few months the store looks like a tornado went through it. Employees are completely rude most of the time if they aren't outside smoking cigarettes they are propt up on the counter. The store is a complete mess. Floors need to be swept and mopped, countertops around coffee machine area dirty and sticky. The GM should be ashamed. Very unprofessional. I'm not sure what they make per hour but I'm pretty certain it's a lot more than they are worth. I hope the right person can visit this store very soon.
